FABRICATION

Most fabrication shops and contractors only perform general purpose work, while TPS can provide you with the ‘High Tech’ systems that you require. We offer a full range of fabrication including weldments for Food and Dairy, Pharmaceutical, and other processors. TPS has ASME certified welders (including MIG, TIG, and orbital) and specialize in custom stainless steel and carbon steel designs. All of our custom fabricated products are laid out with 3-D modeling software to establish exact dimensions, and laser cut to hold these dimensions. The parts are then formed and welded to whatever certification that is requested by the customer. The end result is products conforming to the exact tolerance required for your process.
